|Compressor lubricant

SCR screw compressor use different type of lubricant for different application. Each compressor unit is shipped with a lubricant label indicating the type of lubricant added to the unit. Different types of lubricants can adapt to the ambient temperature and load conditions are not the same, the oil change intervals are not the same. The SCR lubricant is specially designed for SCR compressor, in order to guarantee the safe and stable operation the compressor, we suggest that you use SCR genuine lubricant.

Do not mix oils of different types or brands as this can cause malfunctions, such as blistering of the oil, clogging of the filter, clogging of the orifice or plumbing, reducing the design life of compressors and lubricants.

When the compressor is running, check the lubricant level regularly. Each compressor is equipped with oil sight glass on the oil/air tank.The standard lubricant level should be in the green zone of oil mirror. If the level of the lubricant drops to the red zone of the oil sight glass after shut down, the unit needs to be refueled with lubricant, but only when the unit is shut down and drained completely.

04. Strong oxidizing substances such as acids, sulfur, chlorides, nitrogen oxides, welding fumes, ozone

05. Ammonia

06. Solvent-type fumes

07. Air dust
